For orders under £95 our standard courier delivery charge is £4.95. Orders over £95 we deliver for FREE!

Deliveries to UK mainland normally takes 24 hours after despatch depending on stock availability.

You will be emailed when your order has been despatched from our warehouse.

You will receive a SMS text of this notification if you select this option at time of ordering.

Deliveries are sent out by courier and are fully tracked.

All courier deliveries must be signed for on receipt of items. Deliveries will not be left without a signature unless stated at time of ordering.

No problem. Our courier will leave a calling card with your local depot contact details for you to contact and rearrange delivery on a day that suits you.

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and MasterCard.

28 Day No Quibble Returns Policy

We offer a 28 day no quibble return on all items. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products.

You will be able to return any unused goods within 28 days of purchase.

You have 14 days to contact us after delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. You can contact us via email to obtain an authorised returns number which must be enclosed with your returned item.

We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty you can contact us via email to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.
