No. If you'd prefer not to create an account you can checkout as a 'guest' - if you decide you'd like to create an account in order to be able to track your order then you can do so very quickly and easily in the checkout process.
Once you have placed your order and gone through the delivery-payment section, we will ping you an email confirming your order. This will also include your Order Number which you will need in any correspondence with us.
You will be able to return any unused goods within 28 days of purchase.
You have 14 days to contact us after delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to return the goods. The goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. You can contact us via email to obtain an authorised returns number which must be enclosed with your returned item.
We recommend that you use a courier with a recorded delivery service for your protection as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
In the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged or faulty you can contact us via email to obtain an authorised returns number and we will arrange for the goods to be collected from you and a replacement sent upon receipt of the original faulty/damaged goods.
